Why I (Mell) Love it?
- As someone with curly hair, naturally I use a lot of products and also do not wash my hair that often. When this product first launched, I wanted to put it to the test and used it for 6 consecutive shampoos to see if it would dry out/be too harsh on my hair and I can confirm, it was not.
- This is a shampoo with conditioning agents in it so as it cleanses ALL buildup from the hair, it keeps it feeling soft and not stripped. It is one of the best clarifying shampoos I’ve ever used and is a great one for the average curly to keep in their shower and not feel the fear of stripping your hair. 10/10 recommend over and over again!
Bonus: Cruelty-free, vegan, nut-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, sulfate-free, and gluten-free.
Extra-bonus: Smells fresh, clean, and citrusy like all olaplex products – absolutely delicious!
HOW-TO:
- Rinse hair thoroughly and take a loonie sized amount of shampoo in your hands.
- Distribute between both your palms and fingertips to emulsify in hands before applying to wet hair.
- This is a shampoo for your hair, so don’t be afraid to massage it through your ends – working it for at least 60 seconds.
- This shampoo can be left on for up to 5 minutes to help it draw heavy metals and minerals out from the hair. Rinse well and ALWAYS follow with conditioner.
