What is in it and what is this used for?
- VP/DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer, a powerful copolymer, imparts long-lasting hold and improved stiffness, even in high humidity conditions and at low use levels. It provides conditioning and bodying effects as well as delivers improved shine, better manageability and can also be used as a thermal protectant in hair care products.
- Sunflower seed extract, rich in fatty acids, increases hair manageability and deeply nourishes it. It also provides natural UV protection and prevents the color of the hair from fading.
- Glycerin, a powerful humectant, draws moisture into strands to deeply hydrate.
When and how often should it be used?
- Use it as the second step in your styling routine when following the Prep, Style, Finish Method.
- Or, this curl cream can be used all on its own, perfect for the simple curly that is low-maintenance with their curl routine. It will give fabulous results air dried or diffused.
Why I (Mell) Love It?
- This cream is a whipped dream. It appears thick right out of the tube but is quite light and fluffy in texture.
- I find a little goes a long way with this and I have had some of my best wash days using this. The lightweight formula activates curls, and keeps them shapely and bouncy while controlling frizz for all-day softness.
- All on its own, it provides soft hold but paired with my Verb Curl Foaming Gel, this gives me stunningly defined, shapely curls with tons of shine and bounce.

HOW TO:
- Take a small, dime size amount to start and emulsify it in the palms of your hands until they are completely. Then evenly distribute on clean wet hair starting on your ends to apply.
- Brush through for an even application and to define your curls, use my Ribbon Curls Technique or finger-coil for extra curl definition and hold. Or to keep it simple, follow with a few pumps of the Curl Foaming Gel for extra-hold without the extra effort. Stunning curls every time!
